Job Description Overview

  • Call Preparation Support: Prepare daily call lists, meeting agendas, and materials as needed, ensuring participants have the necessary information.
  • Schedule Coordination: Efficiently schedule meetings with clients and team members, coordinating times that accommodate all parties and managing any necessary adjustments or cancellations.
  • Report Management: Prepare reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines.
  • Virtual File Organization: Update and maintain virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing email correspondence and calendar appointments and ensuring all administrative activities are executed efficiently.
