Job Summary

This role requires a highly analytical individual to drive business growth by providing strategic financial insights and support. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast opex spend, highlighting key variances and implications for future growth.
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform better decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives and provide critical support for ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure efficiency and inform growth strategies.
  • Support sales teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of commissions.

You must bring a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including US GAAP or IFRS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
