Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our marketing team in a role that combines digital marketing execution with brand design leadership.

This position requires a unique blend of creative and technical skills, including experience with HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality campaigns and creative assets, and will possess strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.

As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for elevating our brand and driving growth through digital marketing execution and brand design ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 2 high-quality newsletters per month.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Report on performance (open rate, CTR, subscriber growth).
  • Create and publish a minimum of 8 social posts per month.
  • Write, format, and publish 1 blog each month to the website.
  • Produce 1 case study each month with the input of the delivery team.
  • Import leads from Predictive Index three times per week.
  • Research ICP fit of all leads and provide lead scoring & notes for the BDM.
  • Deliver 6–12 creative assets per month (ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, merchandise, etc.).
  • Maintain our brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
  • Create sales enablement collateral (pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers).
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social, and YouTube.

Work Arrangement:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
