Job Title: Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of store operations, ensuring that sales and profit targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervisory functions, preferably in a restaurant or quick service environment. A college graduate with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business related course, Behavioral Science or Industrial Engineering courses would be an added advantage.

The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer feedback and complaints during their shift, approving/disapproving leave applications in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager, and assisting the Store Manager in community relations activities.

The Shift Operations Manager will also ensure the completion of government permits and store requirements, maintain compliance with cash control, employee discipline, and all company policies and procedures. They will be responsible for implementing assigned programs, ensuring standards compliance during shifts, and monitoring crew performance.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Shift Operations Manager will lead the service crew in achieving highest product quality and supplies availability, maintain office organization and orderliness, and manage overall floor control and shift operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in supervisory functions, preferably in a restaurant or quick service environment
  • A college graduate with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business related course, Behavioral Science or Industrial Engineering courses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
