Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing risk management initiatives, conducting training and awareness programs, and building and maintaining the company's Business Continuity Plan.

  • Coordinate and implement risk management initiatives with functional business units to identify, analyze, mitigate, and report on risks.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs with stakeholders on Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Develop and maintain the company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and lead regular BCP testing.
  • Serve as the company's Safety Officer and spearhead Occupational Safety and Health initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with risk management requirements at local and group levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems/Security, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in risk management, internal audit, or business continuity.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks for financial institutions, credit bureaus, operational controls, and risk-based methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in FinTech, financing, lending companies, or banks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a forward-looking mindset.
  • Team player capable of collaborating across departments.
