Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving financial models, analyzing financial results, and providing ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes using advanced financial tools.
  • Partner with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities that impact financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from various systems for variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assist with Board reporting and other duties as assigned to meet ongoing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with financial software, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
