Learning and Engagement Role

This is a highly demanding position that focuses on the development and implementation of learning programs relevant to company objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Manage the learning environment, evaluate progress and modify training curriculum as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop training solutions.
  • Track and monitor program effectiveness and submit regular reports.
  • Prepare materials, logistics and resources for training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • Training certification is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR functions, especially Learning & Development.

The selected candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
