Job Overview

This senior role is focused on driving the strategic direction of supply chain operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing end-to-end logistics strategies to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize end-to-end supply chain operations to optimize stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both.
  • At least 5 years of leadership/ people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Experience with Helium10.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Gorilla ROI and Scale Insights.
