
Leading Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to interact with customers, address inquiries, and resolve complaints regarding products and services. As a customer advocate, you will work closely with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, providing excellent service in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering world-class client experiences and driving bold impact. They will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Perform problem tracking, documenting, prioritizing, and resolving issues.
- Evaluate opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Deliver exceptional service, maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Curious and authentic, with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for client satisfaction.
- Amenable to work rotating shifts.
Basic cloud-based applications knowledge (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs), MS Office applications, and excellent reading comprehension and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
