Job Description

The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of a well-established e-commerce operation and drive its return to peak performance. This exciting role offers the chance to revitalize an e-commerce business and implement strategies that directly impact growth.

This position includes managing multiple platforms, including eBay, Amazon, and Shopify. The successful candidate will have full autonomy to optimize listings, execute advanced listing optimization techniques, and maximize product visibility and search rankings.

A key aspect of this role is providing excellent customer service by promptly handling inquiries and messages through the e-commerce platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record managing e-commerce operations with demonstrated results
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platform operations, best practices, and optimization techniques
  • Expertise in listing optimization, SEO principles, and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong experience with competitor research, market analysis, and dynamic pricing strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools or strong willingness to learn and develop these skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management processes and systems
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making
