Global Money Movement Specialist

Design and build scalable systems that move and reconcile funds across jurisdictions, channels, and asset types. Develop and operate infrastructure that supports reliable, observable, and audit-ready money movement processes.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Build high-performing teams that collaborate to solve complex problems in finance and technology.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and finance teams to drive business growth through strategic system development.
  • Develop robust, stateless architectures that scale efficiently and are resilient to failure.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems, APIs, services, and infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on correctness, edge cases, and failure modes.
  • Experience working with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL, as well as data modeling and access best practices.
  • Excellent technical judgment with the ability to balance depth and practicality in system design.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, challenge ideas, and contribute to team growth and improvement.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and AWS is highly valued, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:
