We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Designer, you will be overseeing design tasks, refining client designs, and providing creative solutions. You'll work closely with our Art Directors and Developers to develop design solutions and innovative Google Display and Social creatives.

As a Senior Designer in Smartly, you should have:

Design Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, hierarchy, and layout best practices
  • Background in digital advertising (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with HTML5 capabilities and dynamic advertising principles (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of motion design or animation techniques (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of designing for templates or creating flexible, reusable design systems (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to contribute minimal concepting and suggest improvements to workflow and template processes
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions for complex challenges

  • Have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Art Director
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Have experience collaborating with creative teams
  • Are open to working with a rotating shift schedule
  • Are skilled at prioritizing and managing work across multiple engagements, balancing short- and long-term needs
  • Must be amenable to work on either of the following shifts: EMEA, APAC, NAM
