Job Overview

A full-time, remote accounting professional is sought to support the monthly financial close and related activities for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monthly financial closing processes and associated tasks

  • Process accounts payable entries and facilitate approval workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in invoicing, accounts receivable management, and collections
  • Accurate accounts payable entries and issue resolution skills
  • Strong account reconciliation, accruals, and prepaid expense analysis abilities
  • Expertise in web-based accounting software applications
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
