Senior Contact Center Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in designing, implementing and maintaining contact center platforms.
- Resolves complex business communication system issues.
- Provides high-level technical consultation to clients globally.
- Supports configuration programming changes.
- Leads projects as Technical Lead on need-to-need basis.
- Works with stakeholders to support installations and configuration changes.
- Delivers training and knowledge transfer to new joiners and teams.
- 5-8+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud and a minimum of 5-7 years' experience with another telephony platform.
- Expertise in Genesys products, including implementation experience with various industries.
- Ability to create SIP trunks with multiple carriers and third-party ACDs.
- Understanding of service delivery, SLAs, and contracts.
- Experience supporting global customers in a 24*7 environment.
- Knowledge of security techniques for PCI and HIPAA environments.
- Ability to design solutions based on business requirements.
Responsibilities include: resolving technical escalations, conducting remote/on-site implementations and demonstrating solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
