Drive Customer Success as a Contact Center Implementation Expert

RingCentral is seeking a skilled Contact Center Implementation Engineer to lead the implementation of our cloud-based contact center solutions. As a key member of our Global Service and Support team, you will work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, assessing customer requirements, and recommending solution designs that optimize value for both the customer and RingCentral. You will also provide consultation to customers, ensuring they understand the full benefits of our proposed solutions.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience in supporting global customers in multiple geographies. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to understand clients' needs.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in contact center platforms and tools, such as Nice InContact, Dialpad, and Five9. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position - Contact Center industry experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of Contact Center projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on-time and within budget.
  • Assess solution specifications in light of customer requirements and recommend solution designs and changes that optimize value for both the customer and RingCentral.
  • Complete customer-facing documentation throughout the implementation process, such as meeting presentations, business requirements documents, sign-off agreements, etc.
  • Provide consultation to customers, ensuring the full benefits of the proposed solutions are being delivered to them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of contact center platforms and tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position - Contact Center industry experience is a must.
