Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Hub Team Lead to join our team at Shopee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics hub, ensuring high productivity levels and meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operation of the logistics hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
  • Conduct team briefings and document minutes of meetings.
  • Support monitoring of the hub's performance by ensuring efficient KPI attainment.
  • Create, review, and validate reports related to the hub's operations.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve customer escalations.
  • Implement process improvements and projects to enhance hub productivity.
  • Handle payment transactions and other payment processes.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
