    Job Description
As a Hub Team Lead at Shopee, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hub. This includes managing parcel inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch, as well as conducting team briefings and documenting meeting minutes. You will also be responsible for monitoring the hub's performance to ensure high productivity levels and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hub, including last mile and first mile activities.
  • Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes.
  • Monitor the hub's performance to ensure high productivity levels and meet KPIs.
  • Create, review, and validate reports related to the hub's operations.
  • Support the Customer Support team in resolving customer escalations.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to increase hub productivity.
  • Handle payment transactions and other payment processes.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
