About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hub Team Lead to join our team at Shopee. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the hub team to ensure efficient operation of daily tasks and activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and service level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity.
