Sales Development Specialist

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for powering our outbound sales engine through cold calling and pitching recruitment services to decision-makers in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional spoken English and objection-handling skills, with 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales and a focus on cold calling. They will also be resilient, target-driven, and comfortable making high-volume calls (50+ calls/day).

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Cold call decision-makers daily in the US market
    • Pitch our recruitment services and schedule discovery calls for our account executives
    • Research prospects using LinkedIn and internal databases
    • Log activities and update lead progress in our CRM
    • Follow up with targeted email and LinkedIn outreach as needed
  • Requirements:
    • 1–3 years of outbound sales experience with a focus on cold calling
    • Exceptional spoken English and objection-handling skills
    • Resilient, target-driven, and not afraid of high-volume calling (50+ calls/day)
    • Experience using CRMs and calling tools
