We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and build a sustainable client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads, convert them to sales, and secure revenue expansion through effective business development strategies.
- Develop a strategically aligned client portfolio that supports the organization's objectives.
- A degree in Business Management or Information Technology is preferred, along with an MBA.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales for IT services, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.
- Experience in selling digital IT transformation services such as systems modernization, cloud services, data services, and AI/ML.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills are required.
- Advanced negotiation and client relationship management skills are necessary.
- A proven track record of exceptional performance measured against revenue, customer satisfaction, and organizational health metrics is expected.
