As a Training Director at IGT Solutions, you will lead the development of training for our multi-client portfolio. You will start with people and master knowledge creation, transfer, and elevation. Improving training throughput by evaluating current training effectiveness and methodology is essential. People and content development, L&D, and effective client and stakeholder management are also key goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop implementation plans, schedules, resource needs, and supporting logistics for the delivery of training initiatives and constant liaison with HQ.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for a team of multi-language Trainers and Assistant Managers to enable effective training delivery.
  • Responsible for managing trainer support ratios across several business accounts.
  • Monitor training metrics effectiveness and overall success of programs, and incorporate feedback from evaluations, reports, and KPIs to improve future programs and delivery methods.
About This Role

This role requires a minimum of 5-6 years experience in a similar management role in a multinational environment. Experience in the BPO / SSC industry with exposure to global leading brands/clients is a must. The ideal candidate should have strong team and people leadership skills, flexible and able to adapt to high pace priority changes, comfortable in navigating market-changing requirements.

Able to assess and develop individual and team skills and capabilities. Able to create and maintain enthusiasm for challenging goals. Play as a role model by promoting new ideas and positive change. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional language(s) is a strong advantage.
