About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled e-commerce web designer to join our team. As a high-level e-commerce web designer, you will focus on designing and optimizing high-converting websites and user experiences across e-commerce platforms.

You will design landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that guide customers through the buying journey, using data-driven decisions to improve usability and conversions.

This role requires a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles for e-commerce, including increasing purchases and maximizing revenue from existing traffic.

Your Responsibilities
  • CRO-Driven Web Design: Design and optimize high-converting e-commerce websites with proven CRO strategies.
  • Develop landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that guide users to take action.
  • Apply conversion-focused design principles to maximize revenue from existing traffic.
  • Customer Journey & User Experience: Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring smooth navigation and clear calls-to-action.
  • Design responsive layouts that perform across devices.
  • Use visual and animation cues to direct attention and encourage conversions.
  • Data & Optimization: Analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment rate to identify CRO opportunities.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and heatmaps to study user behavior and guide design changes.
  • Collaborate on A/B and multivariate testing to validate design improvements.
  • Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
  • Work with marketing and performance teams to align creative design with business goals.
  • Creative Direction & Branding: Design banners, product imagery, icons, and CTAs that build trust and drive engagement.
  • Balance aesthetics with conversion psychology; ensure design choices support business objectives.
  • Keep designs fresh, innovative, and aligned with brand identity.
