Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert. This role requires someone who is well-versed in digital marketing and has experience working with virtual assistants (VAs). As an SME, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on marketing tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, VA support, or a related field. They should also be familiar with several marketing tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, and Mailchimp. Additionally, they must possess excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot issues in marketing tools and provide real-time support to VAs via internal chat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues.
  • Assist in founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods.
  • Create how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, VA support, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with several marketing tools.
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders.
