Job Description

This is a hands-on role that supports daily finance operations while migrating to a new ERP platform.

The position involves working on financial processes including invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processing.

Daily tasks will include managing financial data, ensuring accurate records, and providing essential support to keep finance operations up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in financial operations with exposure to ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting processes including invoicing, credit notes, bank reconciliations, and payments.
  • Intermediate accounting knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with confidence in phone-based customer and supplier interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with financial software and systems.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting processes.
  • Intermediate accounting knowledge and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills for internal teams and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to Xero or other accounting platforms and experience working within a business undergoing system change or ERP migration.
