Job Title: Accounting Representative

The role of an accounting representative is a vital one in our organization, as they are responsible for various financial tasks that support the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Recording and processing accounts receivable
  • Meeting deadlines for financial and tax obligations
  • Performing other recording, tracking, and classification work as needed
  • Understanding balance sheet items and categorizing transactions appropriately
  • Analyzing profit and loss statement items
  • Properly categorizing revenue and expenses
  • Identifying discrepancies or issues on reports and reporting to supervisors
  • Completing non-cash and end-of-year adjusting journal entries
  • General understanding of payroll procedures and processing
  • Maintaining necessary company documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required)
  • Strong understanding of US generally accepted accounting principles (required)
  • Advanced Excel skills (required)
  • At least two years of experience in a professional accounting or finance-related position
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle complex tasks
  • Experience with various accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365-Business Central, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Zero, or Sage (preferred)
  • Amenable to working in Clark, Angeles City, Pampanga
