Email Campaign Specialist

This is a remote position as a Marketing Professional where you will play a vital support role in helping manage email campaign tasks and administrative responsibilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with building email campaigns using WYSIWYG email editors.
The successful candidate will have basic experience with email marketing platforms and familiarity with WYSIWYG editors or drag-and-drop email builders.
You will also have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to follow instructions and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with building email campaigns
- Move and manage tasks through a production backend or ticketing system
- Coordinate content production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Support project managers and team leads by handling administrative and operational tasks
- Review email builds for accuracy before passing them along for final approval
- Document completed tasks and update status in internal systems
- Basic experience with email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with WYSIWYG editors or drag-and-drop email builders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
