Senior Technical Designer

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and drafting, with proficiency in SolidWorks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks 2024, ensuring company drawings are prepared, checked and filed as per company procedures/instructions.
The Draftsman will also prepare project drawings for fabrication including DXF profiles following company procedures and drafting standards, and will ensure all mechanical designs comply with relevant industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks 2024
- Ensure company drawings are prepared, checked and filed as per company procedures/instructions
- Prepare project drawings for fabrication including DXF profiles following company procedures and drafting standards
- Prepare product installation and operation manuals
- Manage and complete projects in a timely manner
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical or Structural Designer/Draftsman
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, with experience in designing and drafting
