Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and driven individual to oversee the day-to-day execution of workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee departmental operations and ensure completion of all assigned tasks.
    • Maintain operational efficiency and implement task execution SOPs.
    • Monitor project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines.
    • Identify and resolve blockers that delay task execution.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Supervise and mentor team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants.
    • Assign daily workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance.
    • Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
    • Conduct performance check-ins and submit evaluations as required.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task handoffs.
    • Facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables.
    • Flag operational concerns or task delays to senior management as appropriate.
  • Administrative Oversight Reporting:
    • Verify payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins.
    • Maintain department calendars, trackers, and communication logs.
    • Provide weekly operations updates and report on team task completion rates.
    • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and documentation practices.
    Requirements:
    • At least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations.
    • Previous experience managing remote teams, especially in digital or marketing settings.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and executive teams.
    • Familiarity with lead generation and campaign-based workflows is beneficial.
    • Strong familiarity with project management tools and Google Workspace.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
