About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by managing client engagement, setting appointments, and assisting with sales and marketing outreach.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. They will also possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client engagement through regular phone calls and emails.
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings with clients.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems.
