Job Overview

This role involves providing top-notch credit and collection services to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and releasing orders related to assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by resolving credit issues in a professional manner.
  • Reviewing and releasing orders placed on hold in a timely fashion.
  • Ensuring individual transaction management is based on client agreements.
  • Escalating delinquent customers to the team leader and supervisor for warranty cancellation, credit hold, and credit limit decrease.
  • Collaborating with the team to generate operational improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency.
  • Creating project numbers and invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial, or Accounting background.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in collections or customer service-related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Related experience in the shared services industry (business-to-business collections, order entry, customer service, accounts payable, cash applications, and receivables).
  • Prior Oracle experience is preferred.
