Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, contributing to both internal operations and client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Utilize accounting software platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, ZOHO Books, and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and client review.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.
  • Assist in developing and improving bookkeeping processes and documentation.
Requirements
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA.
  • Have experience with various accounting software platforms.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
