Lead Financial Operations Specialist

Ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, guaranteeing accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries, maintaining optimal financial control.

  • Organize and supervise bookkeeping activities to maintain efficient operations.
  • Review bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, ensuring effective budget planning, expense tracking, and financial forecasting. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are necessary for guiding junior staff and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Xero certification and BAS preparation.
  • Payroll Taxation and Month-end Reports Preparer is an asset.
