At RCX Recruitment Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing various forms of revenue and expenses within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily cash and check collections, ensuring timely receipt, reporting, balancing, and posting through our SAP system.
  • Maintain accurate records of bank-to-bank transactions, verifying their confirmation.
  • Post delivery receipts on the same day, guaranteeing seamless processing.
  • Execute three-way matching for sales orders, delivery receipts/invoices, and pick lists, maintaining data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve corrections and credit memos in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile sales return slips with sales invoices and credit memos, ensuring accuracy.
  • Verify customer charges, monitoring and validating them regularly.
  • Coordinate collection schedules with our collection staff, streamlining processes.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. If you have a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Banking, and at least 2 years of experience handling treasury functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.

As a Financial Operations Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's financial operations. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, from cash collection and transaction processing to reconciliation and data verification.

We are looking for an individual who is proficient in SAP and has experience with treasury processes. A strong understanding of Excel and knowledge of Outlook and Word are also essential. Additionally, excellent collaboration and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
