Job Overview
The Accounting Staff I will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, as well as providing support to the accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process and reconcile invoices, credit memos, and other related documents to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Fundamental Accounting Knowledge: Apply knowledge of accounting principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- IT Knowledge: Utilize software applications such as RPA, Chat-pot, and Power BI to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Logical, Analytical, and Communication Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex financial issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Management, or any related course.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
