Training Coordinator and Learning Facilitator

At Procurement and Supply Institute of Asia, we are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator and Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting our training programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Training Schedule Management: Create and manage training schedules, track attendance, and maintain accurate records of all training activities.
- New Hire Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Collaboration with Trainers: Work closely with trainers to coordinate training schedules, develop training materials, and ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for potential training attendees, promoting our training opportunities to employees and stakeholders.
- Training Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our training programs, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to employees and external partners.
- Employee Engagement: Inform employees about upcoming training sessions, track their progress, and provide feedback to improve overall learning experience.
- Training Resources: Recommend and procure training resources, including equipment and facilities, to support the delivery of high-quality training programs.
