Job Title: Training Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Facilitator to join our team at Neksjob Corporation. As a key member of our training department, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs for our employees.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on all aspects of client projects, including new hire, progression, and enhancement training.
  • Create engaging and interactive curriculum to support classroom training and alternative training methods.
  • Analyze course materials and learner information to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Manage the learning environment to create a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to improve results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in BFSI experience, with a minimum of 1 year of adult education experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistent with North American business standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
