Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end AR/AP processes ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Improve collection rates and optimize cash flow
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve payment issues
  • Generate and analyze AR/AP reports, aging summaries, and key metrics
  • Assist in audits with proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Recommend and implement improvements to streamline AP/AR workflows
Requirements:

Ideal Experience:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reports)
  • Comfortable working with large transaction volumes and tight deadlines
  • Familiar with audit prep, regulatory compliance (GAAP/IFRS), and cash flow forecasting

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams like Operations, Sales, and Customer Support
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, process building, and using tech tools to automate workflows
