Job Title:
Sales Development RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with healthcare practices and other target industries through direct messaging and cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental and orthodontic practices, hearing health and audiology, physical therapy and rehab clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
- Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
- Qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in our systems.
- Maintain accurate call records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals.
- Follow scripts while also adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
- Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
- Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Stable internet connection and professional work environment.
