Job Title: Tech Infrastructure Manager
">We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Infrastructure Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who loves solving workflow challenges, thrives in no-code/low-code environments, and wants to own backend systems that create real business results.
">About the Role:
">- Manage and refine our tech stack from CRM workflows to HR tool integrations that support hiring, onboarding, and sales operations.
- Owning admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms, collaboration and file management, operations and payroll, and build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, sales, and recruiting to ensure our internal infrastructure is running at top speed.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and tech-first mindset, ability to document workflows and train others on system use.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com, Experience with Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass is highly desirable.
- Bonus points for EOS/Traction operations familiarity.
