Key Technology Operations Specialist Role

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced technology operations specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and refining our tech stack, including CRM workflows, HR tool integrations, and other key platforms.

As the systems owner, integrator, and optimization lead, you will work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, sales, and recruiting teams to ensure our internal infrastructure is running at top speed. This includes collaborating on admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms, building and managing CRM workflows and automation rules, and troubleshooting user issues.

Additionally, you will use low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com to automate tasks and connect data across platforms. You will also document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management (2–4+ years)
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
