E-Commerce System Operations Expert

The key responsibility of this role is to provide critical after-hours coverage for e-commerce operations and IT infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities- System Monitoring: Identify and resolve order processing issues, ASN errors, invoice discrepancies, and fulfillment problems in real-time.
- Error Resolution: Document all error resolutions and maintain detailed logs of system issues for future reference.
- Recurring Error Identification: Recognize patterns in recurring errors to identify potential systemic problems requiring escalation.
- Vendor Management: Create and manage support tickets with third-party vendors when system limitations are identified.
- IT Support Collaboration: Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of operations.
- After-Hours Support: Respond to after-hours IT support requests including user access issues, system lockouts, and file access problems.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting for common user access and authentication issues.
- Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT team members.
- Support Ticket Queue: Maintain IT support ticket queue and ensure proper documentation.
