Job Title: Enterprise Agile Coach

We are seeking a seasoned Agile coach to support our Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.

About the Role:

This position involves guiding teams in implementing Agile methodologies tailored to meet the needs of our enterprise system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Scrum Master and be skilled in facilitating ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ceremony Facilitation: Plan, organize, and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Servant Leadership: Identify and resolve roadblocks related to our Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects and operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  • Team Coaching: Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving Microsoft Dynamics-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.
  • Proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.
