Job Title: Business Incubation Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented individual to lead the implementation of our business incubation strategy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for capacitating and supporting technology business incubators to ensure the development of competitive and sustainable enterprises.

  • Provide operational support in establishing technology business incubation and accelerators.
  • Support existing and new technology business incubators (TBIs) and accelerators.
  • Evaluate TBIs and accelerators performance and recommend interventions.
  • Nurture linkages with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage efficient performance levels of a portfolio of incubators/accelerators.
  • Facilitate mentoring and coaching of incubator staff.

Requirements:

  • Matriculation plus a National Diploma in Operations Management or Business Management, Incubation Management or Project Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Business Management or Computer Science is advantageous.

Experience:

  • 4-6 years' experience in Enterprise Development/TBIs and Business Advising.
  • Proven experience in innovation-driven industries or organizations.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise development and incubation ecosystems.
  • Advanced computer literacy in MS Office and MS Projects.
