Helpdesk Support Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT services to employees and ensuring that all computing equipment is in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and support Windows and Mac based hardware and software, including peripheral devices such as printers and USB devices.
  • Respond to support requests on a daily basis and perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems.
  • Document and maintain an inventory of all computing equipment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Active Directory and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 7 Pro, Windows 8.1 Pro, Windows 10 Pro).
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X and office productivity software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
