As a key member of our team at Industrial Controls Systems, Inc. (ICON), the Strategic Business Growth Manager will play a vital role in driving business expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Sales Team to develop comprehensive business plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Main point of contact for product engineering, development, and sales solutions, ensuring seamless communication between ICON and end-users.
  • Identify new business opportunities and retain existing customers through strategic relationship management.
  • Provide technical expertise and support on all business initiatives, including RFQs and product presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, business processes, and sales strategies to ensure high competence levels.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve targeted goals, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical/Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Application Engineering or back-end support of Sales Teams is necessary.
  • Field experience in installation and commissioning of instruments is an added advantage.
