As a Dental Claims Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers. You will be responsible for managing and processing claims, resolving issues, and providing support while upholding our commitment to quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage follow-up status of outstanding insurance claims, ensure all follow-ups are properly documented and communicated by adding a notation to the patient's account.
  • Send out claims and attachments to insurance companies.
  • Determine denial validity and address them accordingly.
  • Generate reports and ensure monthly completion.
  • Resubmit and reprocess claims, including grievances and appeals.
  • Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis.
  • Update office trackers with all payments posted and address any rejected claims.
  • Complete assigned follow-ups on office spreadsheets.
  • Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals for posting and apply corrections as needed.
  • Identify insurance process updates and communicate findings with the team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, minimal accent when speaking, and a strong background in dental insurance or collections industries.

Requirements:
  • Strong command of verbal and written English, interpersonal skills, and little to no accent when speaking.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on collections experience.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Must remain professional at all times and adhere to work ethics.
