We seek a Dental Billing Expert to lead training sessions, guide upskilling of Virtual Assistants and ensure seamless billing operations through structured instruction and deep expertise.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for teaching, mastery of dental billing workflows and commitment to clinical excellence.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will work closely with our subject matter experts to develop and implement training curricula that are tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the success of our clients by providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach billing workflows: insurance verification, CDT coding, claims, EOBs, and denials.
  • Lead live and recorded sessions on payer logic, billing documentation, and audit-readiness.
  • Facilitate mock scenarios to deepen system familiarity and code accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of U.S.-based dental billing experience, including hands-on insurance coordination and claim workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, AR follow-up, appeals, and U.S. dental software standards.
  • Confident leading live trainings, SEIs, and mock walkthroughs with clear communication and instructional skill.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, ledger accuracy, and audit-readiness standards.
