About the Role

The Medical Coordinator will play a key role in managing daily clinic operations, generating recruitment leads, and ensuring that the clinic management team works efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee the smooth operation of the clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure day-to-day clinic operations run smoothly, with effective communication among stakeholders and staff.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source full-time and reliever nurses and meet clinic requirements.
  • Talent Development: Work closely with the medical staff team and clinic management team to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Scheduling: Proactively monitor staff schedules to ensure they meet all clinic requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Preferably has experience in medical staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace apps (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, such as rest days on weekdays or starting work at 1PM.
  • Candidates: Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Location: Must work onsite in Makati.
