We are seeking a highly motivated healthcare recruiting professional to join the team as a Corporate Recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Theoria's recruitment efforts and effectively staffing tough-to-fill roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting applicants for preliminary screening via phone, email, and other methods.
  • Scheduling candidate interviews and coordinating schedules with hiring managers.
  • Coordinating overall corporate recruiting efforts and staffing needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of solid experience in hiring for executive roles (Directors, VPs, and C-suite levels).
  • Experience in hiring for Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians in the US is preferred but not required.
  • Remote recruitment experience with a good background in interviewing and onboarding candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with G Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
