Recruitment and HR Assistant

The HR/Recruitment Liaison role at Theoria Medical is a dynamic position that supports our recruitment efforts and contributes to our onboarding processes.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in this capacity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for updating candidate databases, reporting daily on the status of candidates, and sending offer letters.
This role also involves maintaining candidate HR files, sending follow-up reminder emails prior to expiration of employment offers, and sending post-decline surveys to identify reasons for declining offers for company improvement.
In addition, the HR/Recruitment Liaison will provide administrative support to the HR Director with tasks such as onboarding, recruitment, discipline management, offboarding, and other related HR tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in managing emails and calendars.
This position requires strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
